Comfortable very central location really close to Matera as a tourist, tourist attractions, and a cafe down the street where service is chaotic and juice was forgotten. It also was close to all the main monuments. We really enjoyed croissants, fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and fruit for breakfast.

Everything was super clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They even suggested a cute local cafe where we could enjoy a yummy breakfast with a cappuccino and a croissant. 🥐

The hotel was nicely decorated, I totally recommend it to everyone. Everything was excellent here - amicable staff and high-class rooms. The location was very central, great for main street and a church located close to the venue. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Via Annunziatella bus stop.

The hotel was spacious and huge with a balcony. It is located in the wonderful center of the old town, surrounded by nice restaurants and tourist spots.

The accommodation had a very central location close to all the main monuments. A few times I ate at Ristorante Soul Kitchen, located within walking distance of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming place with stunning views of the Sassi area. the location was easy to find with signs guiding us from both sides of the city. the owner and his wife were the best hosts we encountered on our trip, offering helpful information about the city and serving a delicious and generous breakfast. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay in the Sassi area even more special. the host's wife even played the piano during breakfast, creating a lovely atmosphere. We highly recommend Casa Del Sole for a perfect stay in Matera. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.

The location was perfect, in the sassi area. Close enough to the old town of amazing Matera. - the center of the old town and nice restaurants. - the breakfast had a huge variety of options including croissants, fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and fruit.

The breakfast blew me away with its fresh, homemade cakes that were absolutely mind-blowing! The hosts were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to give us incredible tips and a tour of the hidden cave area. Having a separate kitchen area in our room was a game-changer, giving us so much more space. I can't recommend this place enough!
